Permissions.
As HotCold Studio we are licensed to apply for all types of Aerial Filming & Photography. We operate in a transparent manner with one flat fee per application and a standard agency commission against our actual costs with the various agencies. If your project for any reason gets complicated we can provide consultancy on project planning.
Note: Immediately after shooting in Dubai you will need to provide all un-edited images / footage to the Ministry of Defence (on DVD or more likely Hard Drive).
How to move forward with your project?
We will need as much information as possible re your planned shoot and then be prepared to field more questions. We will work rapidly to get everything moving.
Note: Permit applications must be submitted a minimum of seven (7) business days prior to the first filming day.
In order to process your application for a permit we will need the following from you:
- Valid Passport and Visa Copies of Crew Members involved in the aerial filming only
- Commissioning letter issued by the Client in favour Hot Cold Studio in English & Arabic
- No Objection Certificate issued by location owners
- Script, Storyboard or Synopsis
- Provide preferred filming location in google maps
